I must say this out of all the storages I have had in the state of oregon ,I will say that downtown Storage is by far the best experience I ever had with services and storage . Thanks downtown Storage and staff for making it great again sincerely a very satisfied customer p.s .trust i will use downtown Storage again

A great storage facility! Lots of options of sizes, multiple loading bays and ramps, and easy online portal for account use. We ended up needing a second unit and the process was very smooth. Absolutely wonderful and diligent main office staff, especially Carmen, she was very helpful in sorting out our account(s).

I am delighted with the service, care and cleanliness of Downrown Storage! When I rented my locker, I didn’t have a lock but still left several items in my new locker. I bought a lock and went back to put the lock on and was surprised to find a lock already there! Nora, who had signed me up, seamlessly, by the way, had put a lock on my locker to ensure the safety of my possessions! Highly recommended❤️💫
