I had a great experience storing my items here. Nora was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on what i was looking for, and got me a great deal for my first time renting there. It was affordable even after the promotion period as well! The Building was very clean and well maintained every-time i would come back. it had easy access with my personal pin. and it also made me feel comfortable and secure knowing that everyone has their own pin to enter the building to protect everyone’s privacy.

I got myself situated through the website and to my pleasant surprise it was fast and easy; no random fees no insane prices for small stuff like a lock. With the security they have implemented I know I don’t have to worry about my stuff getting stolen. Since it’s indoor temp controlled I don’t have to worry about water damage or anything like that; they even gave me some solid advice about storing items that are temp sensitive. 10/10

I must say this out of all the storages I have had in the state of oregon ,I will say that downtown Storage is by far the best experience I ever had with services and storage . Thanks downtown Storage and staff for making it great again sincerely a very satisfied customer p.s .trust i will use downtown Storage again
